Comfortable king room suited us well. the breakfast had a great variety of tasty dishes to choose from 🍳. Overall, it was a warm and friendly stay at this hotel.

Location: the hotel was next to Destin, and beach. Also, we were only 5 minutes drive to Rocky Bayou.

Truly enjoyed our 3-nights stay. Unbeatable location of the hotel in the middle of jackson. Also, it was 1 mile from Rocky Bayou. The room was new-fashioned with an exceptionally comfortable bed and hair dryers, a walk-in shower and towels in the bathroom. Everyone was amicable and courteous.

The central location in Jackson is a definite plus.

My husband and I stayed at Tru By Hilton for our 27th wedding anniversary, finding the lobby inviting with modern decor and a cool mural backdrop for photos. the bathroom's clean design and quality toiletries were refreshing, and we enjoyed streaming services on the TV. the staff's friendly recommendations for local spots were helpful, and the outdoor facilities were clean and appealing. This hotel provided a youthful, no-fuss stay.

The front desk staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and the overall ambiance of the lobby was family-oriented. The exterior seating was perfect for my husband and me, and we enjoyed taking in the scenery. The comfortable beds and cozy rooms made our 27th-anniversary celebration more special. The breakfast selection was great, and we were impressed with the quality of food offered.

It was unfortunate that we had to leave so soon after our stay as we would have loved to stay longer. We wished we had more time to take advantage of the pool and other amenities offered by the hotel.
